In 2010, when Sedgwick Claims’ attorney cried, “judge, Verizon offered the claimant light duty, but he refuses to return to work,” judge Mildred Zilko said, “I want to see Verizon’s light duty letter with a description of the light duty work and its duration.” Verizon never produced a light duty letter to give to Sedgwick Claims to show the court and judge Mildred Zilko.
