I don’t think there is an argument that the EEOC brass is committing fraud, but I also don’t believe anyone inside or outside the EEOC would argue that the agency is not currently falling short of its mandate.

None of here work for the EEOC.
This supports what I have said for decades, only the ignorant, naive, or greedy file with the EEOC, NYS, or NYC without the help of a lawyer. Only a fool trusts the EEOC intake GS-7 will do a good job writing the complaint. And having a lawyer to be in touch with the Investigator throughout helps bring about a much better resolution of either a probable cause finding or at least an RTS letter to get the case out the door.
